Workshop terms and conditions

Whilst the dates & prices for the courses are correct at the time of publishing we reserve the right to make alterations to dates, times, course content & prices.

Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis on receipt of full payment.

If you find you are unable to attend a class you are welcome to send someone else in your place. If you are unable to send someone on your behalf, Henthorn Farm Flowers regrets that the course fees will only be refunded if it is able to re sell your place. Please note that some courses are not suitable for children.

If a course has to be cancelled by ourselves, then all course fees will be refunded in full or if you wish, transferred to another course. Henthorn Farm Flowers will not refund any other costs you may have incurred in advance. Henthorn Farm Flowers shall be under no liability whatsoever, for any loss, injury or damage to course participants on their property, whether in respect of any neglect, act or omission by Henthorn Farm Flowers, its agents or employees.
